EL Pipe is a Detroit based self-performing, union, mechanical contractor. The City of Detroit also has requirements for any work being performed in the city. Detroit requires 50% Detroit residency and Detroit based business. EL Pipe can help with these requirements on the
new jail project, the Hudson's project, the new hotels being built, the Chemical Bank building and all the other projects in the city.
